midgatotes.com is operated by Middle Georgia Totes, LLC, doing business as Mid GA Totes (“we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms.

Rentals are governed by the rental agreement

Every booking is governed by the Middle Georgia Totes Equipment Rental Agreement that you review and accept before payment. It covers pricing, the refundable deposit, rental length, delivery and pickup, returning equipment empty, lost or damaged equipment, cancellation, and other terms. If anything on this site differs from the rental agreement you accepted, the rental agreement controls for your booking.

Using the site

  • Give accurate booking information, including your name, contact details, and addresses.
  • Only book with a payment method you are authorized to use.
  • Don’t misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access parts of it that aren’t meant for you.

Prices and availability

Prices, availability, delivery fees, and sales tax are shown in your quote before you pay. Dates are confirmed once payment is complete.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate but don’t guarantee the site will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent allowed by Georgia law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. For rentals, the liability terms in the rental agreement you accepted apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
