Middle Georgia Totes, LLC, doing business as Mid GA Totes (“we,” “us”), operates midgatotes.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and who helps us process it.

Information we collect

• Booking details: your name, email, phone number, drop-off and pick-up addresses, chosen package and add-ons, delivery and pickup dates and windows, any notes you add, any discount code you enter, and your acceptance of the Equipment Rental Agreement (including the name you sign with and the time you accepted).
• Payment: card and wallet payments (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay) are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes to Stripe, not to us. We receive payment status and related details from Stripe so we can confirm and manage your booking and deposit.
• Contact form: the name, email, optional phone number, and message you send us.
• Text message preference: whether you opted in to delivery and pickup text updates.
• Site usage: when you use the booking page, the site records booking steps (for example, choosing a package or reaching payment) with a random session ID, the page path, and your browser’s user agent. Your booking progress is saved in your browser’s session storage so you don’t lose it if you refresh; it clears when you close the tab or finish booking.

How we use it

• To quote, schedule, deliver, and pick up your rental, and to calculate delivery fees and Georgia sales tax for your drop-off address.
• To take payment, hold and refund your deposit, and charge amounts owed under the rental agreement.
• To send your booking confirmation and signed rental agreement by email, reply to your messages, and contact you about your rental.
• To send delivery and pickup text updates if you opted in.
• To understand where people get stuck in booking and improve the site.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that help us run the service:

• Stripe for payments.
• Mapbox to look up, suggest, and verify addresses and to calculate driving distance for delivery outside the included zone. The addresses you type are sent to Mapbox through our server.
• Email provider (Resend) to send booking confirmations and deliver contact form messages.
• Quo to send text messages if you opted in.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and stores booking records.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

Delivery and pickup texts are optional and separate from the rental agreement. Consent is not required to purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text message opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the providers listed above as needed to send the messages you asked for.

How long we keep information

We keep booking, payment, and signed rental agreement records for as long as needed to provide the rental, handle deposits and any amounts owed, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up. Booking-step usage records are kept to improve the site and may be deleted periodically. Your saved booking progress stays in your own browser and clears when you close the tab or finish booking.

Your choices

To ask about, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email pack@midgatotes.com or call 478-800-TOTE (478-800-8683). We may need to keep some records, such as bookings, payments, and signed agreements, as required for our business and legal obligations.
